| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对脊髓型颈椎病（ＣＳＭ）患者手术前后血浆中内皮素值的测定，探讨其在该病病因学的病理学中的作用。方法：采用放射免疫分析法分别对２０例正常人，４３例２和手术病人做了术后的血浆ＥＴ值测定。结果：ＣＳＭ患者血浆含量明显高于正常对照组，４１例术后患者血浆ＥＴ值明显低于术前，经统计学ｔ检验有显著性意义。结论：ＥＴ参与了ＣＳＭ发病过程，ＥＴ可能是ＣＳＭ的致损伤因子之一，寻找ＥＴ拮抗剂将为非手术治疗ＣＳ

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of Endothelin in the etiology and the pathogenesis of the Cervical Spodylotic Myelopathy(CSM),we measured ET value in plasma preoperation and postoperation respectively.Methods:ET level in plasma was detected in 43 CSM patients and 20 healthy controls with radioimmunoassay (RIA).41 serious patients had been operated on. 12 days after operation we measured postoperative patients'ET level.Results:Compare the disease group with the controlled group,ET level in the former is significantly higher than that in the latter (P<0.01) ,ET level before operation is higher than that after operation (P<0.01) . Conclusion: ET takes part in the pathogenesis and it is possibly one of the factors of cervical spinal lesion.Thus ET receptor inhibitor may be a new way in nonoperative treating CSM and decreasing spinal lesion. |
