| 摘 要： | 16例(18髋)严重髋关节挛缩畸形,采用股骨粗隆间截骨延长矫正术,手术简单,一次即可完全矫正畸形,缩短了治疗时间,效果满意。该技术即可矫正骨骼畸形和延长股骨;又能松弛挛缩的肌肉,变畸形力为矫正力;还可发挥和增强残余肌力的功能。

| Abstract: | 16 cases(18 hips with severe contracted deformity of hip were corrected by intertrochanteric osteotomy and lengthening the extremity.The operation was simple and performed at one time. It shortened the duration of treatment and the result was satisfactory.The operation was not only correcting the bony deformity and partly lengthening the femoral bone, but it loosened the contracted musculature,changed the deformed power directiom into correct strength also. It could yet bring into play and increase the function of remnent muscular ability. |
