| 摘 要： | 锁骨骨折是一类很常见骨科疾病,传统治疗锁骨骨折往往采取非手术疗法,但对于严重的粉碎性骨折,往往会导致骨不连或者畸形愈合,预后较差.很多种治疗方法被报道,但是仍未能对治疗方法的选择达成统一意见.本文试对各种治疗方法进行综述,以期能总结各种治疗方法的适应证,及锁骨骨折治疗的新动向.

| Abstract: | Fractures of the clavicle are common and have been typically addressed to nonoperative treatment.However,to the comminution or complete displacement,there is a marked risk of nonunion,malunion,and poor outcome.Several treatments have been proposed,but there is no consensus about the treatment of choice.This article investigates the most common treatments and tries to find the indications for the treatments,and the new direction for the treatments of fractures of the clavicle. |
