| 摘 要： | 目的探讨使用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗高龄患者髋部骨折的适应证及临床疗效。方法运用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板技术治疗高龄股骨近端骨折患者33例,其中股骨粗隆间骨折29例,股骨颈基底骨折4例。观察骨折临床愈合时间以及髋关节功能恢复情况。结果 33例患者获随访9～22个月,平均随访时间14.8个月。所有患者均获骨性融合。术后Sanders髋关节功能评分：优18例,良13例,差2例,优良率93.9%。1例术后出现螺钉切割股骨头、内固定松动、髋内翻畸形;1例头颈部空心锁定钉后退,但不影响骨折愈合。所有病例未发生钢板螺钉断裂。结论股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板技术是股骨近端骨折,尤其是高龄骨质疏松性粉碎性髋部骨折理想的治疗方法,具有操作简单、手术损伤小、固定可靠、可早期功能锻炼的优点,值得推广使用。
