B ultrasound united three-dimensional reconstruction of CT adjuvant puncture and position of calculous nephrapostasis by PCNL

Objectives To discuss B ultrosound unite with spiral CT of three-dimensional reconstruction skill's the possibility of position and clinical result in pyonephrosis of PCNL. Methods Experimental group is 24 patients, pyonephrosis with renal calculus, steering by B ultrasound conduct percutaneous nephrostomy in first stage,then by CT of three-dimensional reconstruction skill proceed PCNL. Control group has 21 pyonephrosis with renal calculus patients who through IVU to location and treat with PCNL. Results Compared with control group,all cases of experimental group successfully drain abscessus and deplete renal calculus. Conclusions First stage by the positon of B ultrasound and percutaneous nephrostomy,in Ⅱ stage by CT of three-dimensional reconstruction skill united with PCNL was proved is safety,effectivity, the clearance rate of calculus and retention of kidney is considerable, but quick recovery and less complication, which is a safety operation method.
