| 摘 要： | 本文报告１９８８～１９９５年间经改良ＳｍｉｔｈＰｅｔｅｒｓｅｎ入路施行髋关节手术１２０例，随访７５例。随访时间平均为３年６个月。优良率为８２％。作者强调该切口入路具有操作简单，创伤小，显露髋关节较好，术后髋关节稳定，功能恢复好的优点。

| Abstract: | During 19881995,120 cases of hip operation through a modified Smith-Petersen approach were reported.Among them,75cases were follwed-up for an average of 3 years and 6 months;excellent and good rate was 82%.the author recognized that the procedure is simple and less traumatic;Hip exposure was better;The hip was stabilized after operation;The function as good. |
