断指再植术的经验总结

目的 总结断指再植经验，推动再植外科发展。方法 从１９７５年７月～１９９８年４月断指再植４１４０例５３２８指，对各类型的断指再植进行探讨，结果 断指再植叫成活率９２％，结论 严格断指再植适应证，彻底的清创；精确无误的吻合血管，认真细致地修复各种组织，果断的处理血管危象，早期功能锻炼等，是提高断指再植成活率及功能康复的重要因素。
