| 摘 要： | 异体脱钙骨移植系列研究提示制备流程是可靠的,植骨成功率达98％,抗原性低。虽50例有32例血清抗体阳性,但不影响植骨愈合。骨折合并感染性骨缺损,采用含抗菌素的脱钙骨植骨,有助于控制感染、植骨成功。应用干骨植骨法能促进植骨愈合,近似自体植骨疗效。

| Abstract: | This series of study for decalcified bone-allografts suggest that this making procces of preparation is reliable, the antigenicity is lower .because the rate of grafted success acounteed for 98% in clinic; 32/50 cases are positive by antibody assay in hosts ,but it does not interfer the bondgraft healing jusing decalcified bonegraft by antibiotic soaked has got success and contribution to controll infection for open fracture with assosiated infective bone defects in lower legs fusing dried decalcified bonegraft which may be promoting healing .nearly similar to curative effct of bone autogiaft. |
