| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肩关节悬吊复合体(SSSC)损伤的特点和手术治疗策略。方法回顾性分析自2008年3月～2010年9月收治的SSSC损伤21例的临床资料。结果本组获得10.2(6～18)个月随访,骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间9.6(8～12)周。随访结果:ASES评分平均88.4(67～100)分;Hardegger疗效评价标准:优13例,良6例,可2例,优良率90.5%。结论手术治疗可以恢复SSSC的完整性和稳定性,有利于发挥其维持上肢和躯干之间稳定性的作用,最大限度的恢复肩关节的功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and the surgical treatment strategy of injury of superior shoulder suspensory complex(SSSC).Methods The clinical data of 21 cases of SSSC between Mar.2008 and Sep.2010 were evaluated retrospectively.Results All the cases were followed for an average of 10.2(6～18) months.All fractures healed for a mean time of 9.6(8～12) weeks,the mean ASES score was 88.4(67～100) points.Evaluation criteria of Hardegger effect: excellent in 13 cases,good in 6 cases,fair in 2 cases,the excellent and good rate was 90.5%.Conclusion The surgical treatment can restore the integrity and stability of the SSSC,which will help to maintain its stability between the upper and the role of the trunk,and to maximize the recovery of shoulder function. |
