摘    要:我们参照治疗股骨干骨折的各种新型髓内针,设计了具有加压和抗旋转功能的叶子交锁加压髓内针。经生物力学研究证实,常用的直径为10mm的叶子交锁加压髓内针具有较好的抗弯和抗扭转强度。

Abstract:After we consulted the several neotype intramedullary nails in the treatment of fractures of the femoral shaft, we designed the blade-intrlocking intramedullary compression nail that has functions of compression and anti-rotation. Biomechanical studies have shown that the commonly used blade-interlocking intramedullary compression nail with diameter of 10 millimeters is anti-bending and anti-torsional strength enough.
