| 摘 要： | 目的 报告一种治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折新方法的设计、临床疗效及优点。方法 在复习肘关节相关文献的基础上 ,设计后路经鹰嘴截骨、双张力带法内固定治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折的术式 ,并报告 42例临床应用情况。结果 双张力带法治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折比较符合解剖学及生物力学要求 ,按Home标准 ,临床优良率可达 82 %。结论 本法具有适应证广、操作简便、固定可靠、允许肘关节早期功能训练的优点 ,是治疗肱骨远端粉碎性骨折的一种值得信赖的方法

| Abstract: | Objective To report a newly designed method for treating comminuted distal humural fracture.Methods Based on a review of references on anatomy and biomechanics,a new method,which called double tension band internal-fixation for distal humeral fracture through posterior olecranoectomy approach was designed and applied for 42 cases of patients in clinic,the design,operative method and clinical effect were also reported.Results The double tension band internal-fixation for treating comminuted distal humeral fracture can abide by anatomical and biomechanical pricinples,and 82% patients got excellent or good results according to Home evaluation.Conclusions It is a kind of feasible methods in treating comminuted distal humeral fracture following advantages including safe,simple,reliable fixation and early mobilization etc. |
