| 摘 要： | 目的 通过分析计算机导航辅助下人工全膝关节置换术与传统手术疗效差异的比较,探讨计算机导航辅助手术的优势与不足.方法 自2006年12月～2007年12月行计算机导航辅助下人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)11例12膝,男5例5膝,女6例7膝,年龄57～74岁;自2006年1月～2006年12月行传统TKA手术10例12膝,男4例5膝,女6例7膝;年龄56～78岁.对比两组手术时间、术中出血和术后引流量、术后3个月HSS评分;影像学评估:MFTA、LDFA、MPTA、STCA下肢力线;进行统计学处理.结果 全部病例随访4～12个月,平均8个月.经SPSS 10.0统计软件处理,传统TKA手术组与导航组手术时间、术中出血和术后引流量、术后3个月HSS评分、MFTA、STCA下肢力线差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 计算机导航辅助下行TKA手术,假体植入更准确,下肢力线更佳,并能减少出血量,早期疗效满意,但延长了手术时间.
