| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨手术治疗明显移位的Boxers骨折的方法.方法 回顾性分析笔者自2007年3月～2008年4月,采用手术治疗的Boxers骨折41例,其中采用钢板螺钉内固定者为23例(A组),采用可牵引式Mini外固定架固定者为18例(B组).测量所有患者手术前后头干角,纪录患者住院时间、骨折影像学愈合时间以及掌指关节活动范围并进行统计学分析.结果 41例获得随访,随访时间为4～8个月,平均6个月.A组患者平均住院时间为(4.6±1.7)d,B组(2.6±1.0)d,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义;A组术前头干角为(71.0±11.4)°,术后为(16.9±2.1)°,P=0.000,差异有统计学意义;B组术前头干角为(65.8±17.2).,术后为(15.7±3.0)°,P=0.000,差异有统计学意义.两组之间术前、术后头干角差异无统计学意义.A组骨折影像学愈合时间为术后(2.3±0.45)个月,B组(2.2±0.38)个月,差异无统计学意义.A组骨折愈合后掌指关节活动范围为(68.0±16.8)°,B组为(85.3±9.6)°,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义.结论 可牵引式Mini外固定架治疗明显移位的Boxers骨折具有手术创伤小、允许早期功能锻炼、费用低、住院时间短,无须二次住院手术等优点,是一种理想治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment of Boxers fracture with mini external fixator and internal fixation.
