中医外治法治疗糖尿病足——附153例临床报告

目的：观察中医外治法治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法：153例糖尿病足患者，全身整体治疗控制血糖、抗感染、改善循环及中医分期辨证论治等，局部治疗采用中医外治法，综合运用敷贴、箍围、切开、引流、灌注、湿敷、拖线、垫棉缠缚、蚕食等诸法治疗。结果：153例临床痊愈78例，显效19例，有效38例，无效18例。总有效率88．2％，截肢率6．5％。结论：中医外治法治疗糖尿病足有显著效果，能促进糖尿病足创面愈合，缩短病程，降低截肢率和致残率。

Diabetic Foot with Integrated Medicine Treatment and Various External Therapies

Objective To observe the results of integrated medicine treatment with various external therapies in diabetic foot Methods One hundred and fifty three cases of diabetic foot were treated under multiple departments worked cooperatively with the following measures: controlling blood sugar, preventing or treating infection,improving blood circulation, differentiation and treatment of common syndromes. In addition, external therapies was applied to local lesions: to release pus and expel decay, and to disperse stagnation and promote tissue regeneration, pounding and mixing the herbs with water to form paste, cutting open the affected part, draining pus,irrigation with Chinese herbs, herbal soaking or washing and compressing, drawing medical thread therapy, nibbling to get rid of ailing parts, and amputation. Results In the series 78 cases were cured and 57 cases improved. The clinical cure rate was 88.2%. the rate of amputation was 6.5%. Conclusion The external therapies led to better results on diabetic foot was a practical and effective methods to promote the healing of diabetic foot,shortening the therapeutic course and reducing the rate of disability and of amputation.
