| 摘 要： | 目的：分析胃癌术后胃瘫综合征的发生机制,探讨中西医结合治疗的有效性和实用性。方法：将48例胃癌术后胃瘫综合征患者平均分为两组,研究组行中西医结合治疗,对照组常规治疗;观察两组患者的缓解时间、疗效评价等指标。结果：研究组治疗后的缓解时间明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,且在Visick疗效评价中优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗胃癌术后胃瘫综合征具有较好的疗效。
