关节镜结合中药热敷治疗早中期膝骨关节炎50例

目的：探讨关节镜结合中药热敷治疗早中期膝骨关节炎（KOA）的疗效。方法：将100例KOA患者，分为两组，治疗组予局麻下行关节镜清理术，结合中药热敷等治疗，对照组予中药热敷及抗炎镇痛药物治疗，观察两组的临床疗效及膝关节功能Lysholm评分。结果：治疗组总有效率91％，对照组为80％，（P〈0．05），治疗组Lysholm评分为（89．95±0．87）分，对照组为（76．37±1．28）分，（P〈0．05）。结论：局麻下关节镜清理术结合中药热敷治疗早中期膝骨关节炎，疗效较单独中药热敷更显著。

Treatment of 50 Cases of Early and Mid-stage Knee Osteoarthritis by Arthroscopy Combined with Tra- ditional Chinese Medicine Fomentation

To investigate the efficacy of early and mid-stage knee osteoarthritis （KOA） treatedby arthroscopy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fomentation. Methods One hundred pa-tients with KOA were divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated by arthroscopic debridement un- der local anesthesia combined with traditional Chinese medicine fomentation. The control group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine fomentation and anti-inflammatory analgesic drugs. The clinical efficacy and Lysholm knee function score were observed. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 91%,and that of the control group was 80%.The Lysholm knee function score of of treatment group was 89.95±0.87 points, and that of the control group was 76.37± 1.28 points,（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of treatment of ar- throscopic debridement under local anesthesia combined with traditional Chinese medicine fomentation is more effective than that of the treatment of singly Chinese medicine fomentation.
