| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨固定矫治器加平面导板对前牙外伤固定治疗的效果，以便为前牙外伤的临床治疗提供更多更有效的方法。方法：选择10例上前牙外伤患者，应用固定矫治器固定外伤前牙，平面导板解除咬He创伤，时间3个月－10个月，结果：10例患者治疗后均取得满意效果。结论：固定矫治器加平面导板治疗前牙外伤是可靠而有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe the effect of fixed appliance and plane jumping plate in the treatment of anterior teeth injury. Methods: Up anterior teeth injury of ten cases were fixed with fixed appliance and plane jumping plate for3～10months. All patients were followed for 3～6 months. Results: Satisfactory effect was acquired in all cases. Conclusion:It is an effective and reliable method to fix the injured anterior teeth with fixed appliance and plane jumping plate, also it provides an alternative way in the treatment of anterior teeth injury |
