乳晕皮肤菱形切除乳晕缩小术

目的:寻求一种乳晕缩小术的新方法。方法:自2007年6月～2011年6月应用乳晕皮肤菱形切除行乳晕缩小术。女性35例,年龄19～33岁,平均26.7岁,乳晕单纯性增大,不伴有巨乳症或重度乳房下垂。在乳晕内设计3～4个菱形切口,切除切口内乳晕皮肤后,在整个乳晕区皮下做潜行分离,将菱形皮肤切口行"十"形缝合,以缩小乳晕。结果:临床应用于35例乳晕单纯性增大的患者,术后随访6～12个月,效果满意,无明显瘢痕,无并发症发生。结论:本方法对于单纯性乳晕增大的治疗是一种理想的、简单易行的手术方法,术后效果满意,可以达到"无痕"的效果。

Areolar reduction with Rhombus areola insicion

Objective To explore a new method for areolar reduction. Methods For 35 female patients with simple areola augmentation, we have designed a Rhombus areola incision method, in which 3 or 4 rhombus areola tissues were incised. The wounds were closed with intermittent manner. The incisions represent ＂ 十＂ appearance. Results All the 35 patients were followed up 6～12 months postoperatively. The areolas were decreased effectively and the scars were inconspicious. No complications were occurred. Conclusions This method can be applied to patients with simple areola augmentation with a satisfactory result and inconspicious scar.
