摘    要:力学因素是软骨组织工程中的重要影响因素之一。近年来的研究表明,力学作用可以刺激细胞外基质的分泌,改变三维支架上培养的软骨细胞的新陈代谢,从而促进软骨组织的生长与重建。本文就力学因素对软骨细胞增殖分泌的促进、力学刺激的传导机制及生物反应器在软骨组织工程中的应用等方面做一综述。

Abstract:Mechanical factor is one of the most important factors in cartilage tissue engineering. Recently,this research study have been revealed that mechanical loading can stimulate the release of extracellular matrix, changes the neometabolic activity of cultured chondrocytes in 3D scaffolds, and subsequently accelerate the growth and remodeling of cartilage tissue. The aim of review is to discuss the promotion of proliferation and secretion of chondrocytes by mechanical factor, mechanisms by which chondrocytes respond to mechanical signals, and the applications of bioreactor in cartilage tissue engineering.
