| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨隆鼻术后假体外露的可能原因及预防措施,提高隆鼻术的手术成功率。方法:2003年10月￣2004年12月,75例隆鼻术患者,根据患者鞍鼻程度及自身鼻部解剖结构特点,进行假体适当雕塑和防止假体外露的手术操作。结果:所有患者均没有出现假体外露的并发症,隆鼻效果满意。结论:通过假体的雕塑和防止假体外露的手术操作,隆鼻术后假体外露的并发症是可以预防的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the possible reasons and prevention resolution of exposure of prosthetics to improve the outcome of augmentation rhinoplasty.Methods 75 cases have augmentation rhinoplasty from October in 2003 to December in 2004.The prosthetics have good sculpture according to situation of saddle nose and character of their nasal anatomy.Results All cases have statisfactory cosmetic results and no complications of exposure of prosthetics happen.Conclusion Complications could be prevented according to suitable sculpture and effective procedure. |
