| 摘 要： | 目的:探索上睑凹陷重睑成形术的手术办法。方法:沿重睑线切开,中心点切开眶隔采用自体颗粒脂肪进行眶隔内充填后常规成形重睑。结果:本组患者26例,随访3月脂肪颗粒注入到眶隔内分布均匀,重睑线折叠完全,形态自然,均获得满意的疗效。结论:微小颗粒脂肪充填眶隔使重睑术成功率更高,效果更完美,睁眼上睑向下的对应力更强。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of autogenous fat transplantation ofsagging upper eyelid for correction of sagging upper eyelid.Methods 26cases suffer from sagging upper eyelid underwent this therapy,Autogenous fat grafts harvested from cheek fat pad or axilla or abdomen were transplant into septum orbitale for correction of sagging upper eyelid.Results Satisfactory effects were obtained in 26 cases with 6 months follow up.Conclusion This results show autogenous fat transplantion is a reliable and effective method for sagging upper eyelid. |
