音乐疗法干预对眼科美容整形手术的影响

目的:观察在眼科美容整形手术中加用音乐疗法干预,对患者焦虑程度、血压及心率的影响。方法:将340例患者随机分为试验组和对照组各170例,对照组仅给予手术室常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上加用音乐疗法干预。结果:干预后,试验组焦虑程度显著低于对照组,与对照组相比血压、心率更加平稳。结论:在眼科美容整形手术中加用音乐疗法干预,可有效降低患者焦虑、紧张等不良情绪,使血压、心率平稳,能够为手术创造良好条件。

The influence of music therapy intervention on an eye beauty plastic surgery

Objective To observe the influence when an eye beauty plastic surgery was operated in addition to music therapy intervention on patients degree of anxiety, blood pressure and heart rate. Methods 340 patients were divided into an experiment group and a control group random, each group has 170 patients. The control group were subjected to routine nursing in operating room,the experiment group were subjected to routine nursing additionally received music therapy intervention. Results After the intervention, compared with the control group, the experiment group＇s degress of anxiety is significant , the heart rate is more smoothly. Conclusion When an eye beauty plastic surgery is operated in addition to music therapy intervention can reduce the degress of anxiety of patients and nervous such bad mood, make blood pressure and heart rate smoothly and create a good condition for surgery.
