毫火针联合中药药膜外敷治疗轻中度痤疮疗效观察

目的:探讨毫火针联合中药药膜外敷治疗轻中度痤疮患者的临床效果和安全性。方法:将100例门诊确诊为轻中度痤疮的患者随机分成两组。治疗组:50例,使用毫火针配合中药药膜外敷治疗(每周2次,8周为1个疗程);对照组:50例,仅采用毫火针治疗(每周2次,8周为1个疗程),治疗1个疗程后观察两组的治疗效果及安全性。结果:治疗组:治愈6例,显效19例,有效22例,总有效率94.0%;对照组:治愈3例,显效12例,有效25例,总有效率80.0%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者DLQI积分为2.52±0.81,显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者的DLQI积分下降幅度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,治疗组发生不良反应1例,发生率为2%;对照组未发现明显不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:毫火针联合中药药膜外敷治疗轻中度痤疮安全、有效。

Effi cacy Observation on Filiform Fire Needle Combined with Chinese Medicine Powder Mask on Mild and Moderate Acne

Objective To observe the effi cacy and safety of the fi liform fi re needle combined with Chinese medicine powder mask in the treatment of mild to moderate acne.Methods 100 patients with acne were randomly divided into 2 groups with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with fi liform fi re needle alone,while the observation group was treated with fi liform fi re needle combined with Chinese medicine powder mask.2 times a week,8 weeks for a course of treatment,after 1 course of treatment to observe the therapeutic effect.Results Treatment group:cured 6 cases,effective 19 cases,effective 22 cases,total effective rate 94.0%and Control group:cured 3 cases,signifi cant effect 12 cases,effective 25 cases,total effective rate 80.0%.the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After treatment,the DLQI score of the treatment group was 2.52±0.81,which was signifi cantly lower than that of the fi liform fi re needle only group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).At the same time,the decrease of DLQI score in the treatment group was signifi cantly higher than that in the fi liform fi re needle noly group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).In the treatment group,adverse reactions occurred in 1 case(2%).There were no signifi cant adverse reactions in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat mild and moderate acne with the combination of fi liform fi re needle and Chinese medicine powder mask.
