眼线文刺过宽畸形的矫治及同期重睑成形术

目的：探讨上睑眼线文刺过宽畸形的矫治，并且同期行重睑成形术的最佳方法。方法：于上睑睫毛根部上方1．0mm处设计平行于睑缘的第1条切1：2线，于色素带的上缘设计第2条切1：2线。去除其间的色素带及睑板前的部分眼轮匝肌。缝合切1：2，于切1：2上方5．0mm处设计重睑线，采用内、中、外三点缝扎法形成重睑。结果：临床应用11例，效果良好。结论：上睑文刺过宽的色素带可以手术去除，同期行重睑术可起到更好的美容效果。

The treatment of extra-wide tattoo deformities in the edge of eyelids with double eyelid folds operation

Objective To study the treatment of extra-wide tattoo deformities in the edge of eyelid with double eyelid folds formation. Methods To make the first incision parallel to the edge of eyelids 1mm superior to the eyelash. Then,make the second incision on the upper edge of the tattoo strip. The tattoo strip and the part of orbicularis below the strip were removed. The incision was sutured and the double folds eyelid line was made 5mm superior to the incision. The medial, middle, lateral sutures are made to form the double eyelid folds. Results 11 cases were applied to with satisfied outcome. Conclusion The extra-wide tattoo in the edge of eyelids can be treated with surgical resection with double eyelid folds formation in one stage.
