医学美学原则在口腔颌面部肿瘤手术中的应用

目的:探讨医学美学原则在口腔颌面部肿瘤手术中的具体应用方案,评价医学美学原则在口腔颌面部恶性和良性肿瘤手术治疗中的临床疗效。方法:随机选择100例口腔颌面部肿瘤患者,分为两组,其中50例作为实验组,应用医学美学原则进行手术,另一组进行普通外科手术,作为对照组,其中65例为良性肿瘤,35例为恶性肿瘤。术后进行定期随访,调查患者对本次手术的满意度以及患者是否进行了二次手术修复。结果:实验组相对于对照组术后总体效果恢复较好并且患者对本次手术的满意度也较高,而对照组进行二次修复手术的例数较多。结论:将医学美学原则应用于口腔颌面部肿瘤手术,能够减少对口腔颌面部外形、功能的破坏,降低患者心理障碍,提高患者术后的生存质量。

Application of medical aesthetic principles in the operation of oral and maxillofacial carcinoma

Objective To explore the application scheme of medical aesthetic principles in the operation of oral and maxillofacial tumors,evaluation of medical aesthetics principle of clinical efficacy in oral and maxillofacial malignant and benign tumor operation in the treatment of. Methods 100 cases with oral and maxillofacial tumor patients, divided into two groups,50 cases as experimental group,application of medical aesthetic principles of operation, another group of general surgery operation, as control group, including 65 cases of benign tumor,35 cases of malignant tumor.Regular follow-up investigation of the operation,patients satisfaction and whether patients were repaired two times operation. Results In the experimental group compared with the good and the operation on patients with hiqher satisfaction to restore the overall effect after suraerv in the control group, while the control group was two times more cases of repair operation. Conclusion The application of medical aesthetic principles in oral and maxillofacial tumor operation, can reduce the oral and maxillofacial appearance,functional damage,reduce the psychological disorder of the patients,improve the survival quality of patients.
