| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨一种治疗成人继发性尿道下裂伴尿道外口狭窄龟头腹屈的手术方法。方法 对14例患者采用阴茎腹侧带蒂T形皮瓣一期修复。结果 14例患者均一期手术成功。无尿瘘及尿道狭窄。结论 阴茎腹侧带蒂T形皮瓣治疗成人继发性尿道下裂伴尿道外口狭窄龟头腹屈,手术简便,效果可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate a surgical procedure for secondary hypospadias of adult with meatal stenosis and chordee.Methods 14 cases of adult secondary hypospadias with meatal stenosis and chordee were treated with one stage urethroplasty using ventral pedicle T-shaped flap of penis.Results All of the 14 cases have had excellent cosmetic and functional results without urinary fistula and stenosis.Condusion The flap is easily developed with reliable blood supply. It is simple convenient and effective technique for one stage to repair adult secondary hypospadias. |
