应用磷酸肌酸提高围术期左心功能研究

目的 探讨围术期应用磷酸肌酸对改善心脏手术患者的心功能和血流动力学状态的作用。方法：实验组术前３天及术后５天，使用磷酸肌酸（ＣＰ）１克静滴，每日２次。采用术前及术后第１０天彩超心脏指数评估心功能。结果 ＣＰ组术后左室舒张末直径，左室舒张末容积，左室收缩末容积均减少，与对照组比较差异有显著性（Ｐ〈０．０５）。ＣＰ组术后左室短轴缩短率和左室射血分数增加，与对照组比较差异有显著性（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论

Clinical study of improving left heart function by use of creatine phosphate

Objective In order to improve heart function, creatine phosphate (CP) was used inthe perioperative period of cardiac surgery. Methods in the CP group, I gm of CP was given two timesdaily. The cardiac indexes of preoperation and 10th postoperation day were measured by echocardiography. Results Postoperative left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVED), left ventricular end diastolic volume (LVEDV), and left ventricular end systolic volume (LVESV) in the CP group were moredecreased in comparison with those of the control group (P<0' 05). Postoperative fraction shorten ofleft ventricle (FS ) and left ventricular ejection fraction were more increased in the CP group versus thoseof the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion CP used in the perloperative period of cardiac surgery canimprove heart function.
