微创接骨板固定技术应用股骨近端解剖锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折85例

目的探讨股骨近端解剖锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的手术疗效。方法采用股骨近端解剖锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折85例。按Evans分型，Ⅰ型11例，Ⅱ型18例，Ⅲ型47例，Ⅳ型9例。结果85例术后随访6～30个月，所有骨折均得到骨性愈合，按Harris评分，优62例，良19例，可4例，差0例，优良率95％。结论股骨近端解剖锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有操作简单、损伤小、固定可靠、骨折愈合率高等优点，有良好的临床使用价值。

Treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture with proximal femoral anotomic locking plate

Objective To approach the curative effect in the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture with proximal femoral anotomic locking plate. Methods A total of 85 patients with senile intertrochanteric fracture were treated operatively with proximal femoral anotomic locking plate. As the Evans classification, the patients of type Ⅰ are 11, type Ⅱ are 18, type Ⅲ are 47, and type Ⅳ are 9. Results 85 patients are followed up for 6 -30 months, and all are fracture healing. The clinical outcomes were evaluated in accordance with Harris. The excellent and good rate was 95%. Conclusion The curative effect of applying proximal femoral anotomic locking plate to treat senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture is reliable. The manipulation is easy, and the immobilization is reliable. The treatment is favorable to fracture healing. So the proximal femoral anotomic locking plate has better value in clinical application.
