杜仲诱导骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化防治骨质疏松症相关信号通路研究进展

摘    要:骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)已成为全世界面临的重大公共卫生健康问题,尤其随着我国人口老龄化进程的加速,对其的防治已刻不容缓。近年来,随着对我国传统中医药的挖掘与探索,多项研究发现补肾中药杜仲对于骨质疏松症的防治效果明显。现代药理学研究表明,杜仲有效成分可以通过调节雌激素水平、骨代谢相关细胞因子及护骨素的表达对成骨细胞、破骨细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)增殖分化综合作用,有效防治骨质疏松。而BMSCs作为成骨细胞的前体细胞,探索其分化机制对于指导防治骨质疏松症具有重大意义。本文对传统中药杜仲诱导BMSCs向成骨细胞分化的相关信号通路作以综述,以期为OP的诊疗提供新思路。

Abstract:Osteoporosis (OP) has become a major public health problem facing the whole world, especially with the acceleration of population aging in China, its prevention and treatment is urgent. In recent years, with the excavation and exploration of traditional Chinese medicine in China, many studies have found that Eucommia ulmoides Oliv, a kidney-tonifying traditional Chinese medicine, has obvious preventive and therapeutic effects on osteoporosis. Modern pharmacological research shows that the effective components of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. can effectively prevent and treat osteoporosis by regulating estrogen level, expression of bone metabolism-related cytokines and osteoprotegerin, and comprehensive effect on proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts, osteoclasts and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs). As a precursor cell of osteoblasts, BMSCs, exploring its differentiation mechanism is of great significance for guiding the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. This article reviews the signal pathways related to the differentiation of BMSCs into osteoblasts induced by traditional Chinese medicine Eucommia ulmoides, in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of OP.
