摘    要:目的:对部分入伍时骨密度测量值低于标准的战士健康状况进行问卷调查,观察该人群入伍18个月后骨密度改变状况,探讨分析骨密度改变的可能原因。方法采用简明健康调查量表( SF-36)对48名这部分战士进行问卷调查,以117分为截断点区分良好、一般两组,测量骨密度值、T值、Z值,选取T值、Z值对整体及两组入伍前后分别进行对比分析。结果调查对象整体以及评价良好组18个月前后骨密度T值、Z值之间有显著性差异,18个月后测量值显著高于入伍时,一般组没有显著性差异,但调查对象整体的18个月后的骨密度T、Z均值仍低于标准。结论规律运动,合理饮食,戒除烟酒,是提高骨密度值有效的干预方法,但或许遗传、发育等健康因素才是影响骨密度的主因。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the health condition of new soldiers, whose bone mineral density ( BMD) were lower than the standard when they enrolled, to observe the changes of their BMD after 18 months, and to explore and analyze the possible causes leading to the changes of BMD.Methods A questionnaire survey was performed in 48 new soldiers using the brief health survey scale SF-36.All the soldiers were divided into 2 groups using 117 score as a cutoff:good group (117+) and common group (117-).BMD, T value, and Z value were detected.T value and Z value were used to compare the BMD before and after enrollment in both groups.Results After 18 months, the T value and Z value of BMD of all the soldiers and the soldiers in good group showed significant difference with that before enrollment.The values in common group showed no significant difference, while after 18 months, the T value and Z value of the BMD in all soldiers were still lower than the standards.Conclusion Regular exercise, balanced diet, and abstention from smoking and alcohol are effective intervention to improve BMD.Perhaps, the healthy factors including inheritance and growth are the chief factors affecting BMD.
