螺旋藻对模拟失重大鼠钙代谢和骨矿盐密度影响的初步研究

摘    要:目的:研究螺旋藻对模拟失重大鼠钙代谢和骨矿盐密度的影响。方法:30只雄性SD大 鼠随机分为3组(每组10只):A组:地面自由活动组(饲喂普通饲料):B组:模拟失重普通饲料组;C组:模拟失重螺旋藻组,实验期21d。结果;B组大鼠饲料钙的表观吸收率、后肢骨密度(BMD)、骨钙含量以及骨钙素(BGP)的水平显性低于A组,血钙水平明显高于A组;C组饲料钙的表观吸收率、骨密度、骨钙含量以及骨钙素水平较B组高,血钙水平显性低于B组。结论:螺旋藻可以减少模拟失重大鼠后肢骨质的丢失,提高骨骼BMD,增加骨形成,对骨代谢产生一定的有益影响。

Abstract:Objective\ To stduy the the effects of spirulina on changes in femur BMD and calcium metabolism in rats simulated weightlessness. Methods\ 30 male SD rats were divided into three groups: one free control group (group A) and two groups with simulated wightlessness (group B and C). Group A and B were fed normal diet, group C fed with normal diet supplemented with 5% (w/w) spirulina,all rat's drank pure water ad libitum. Results\ (1) In group B, the apparent absorption rate of the dietary calcium, the calcium content of femur, the serum BGP and the femur BMD were significantly lower than those in group A, whereas the concentration of serum calcium was markedly higher than that in group A. (2)In group C, the apparent absorption rate of the dietary calcium, the calcium content of femur, the femur BMD, and the serum BGP were significantly higher than those in group B, but the concentration of serum calcium was remarkably lower than that in group B. Conclusion\ Spirulina can stimulate the activity and formation of osteocytes, definitely decrease bone loss, and enhance BMD in rats simulated weightlessness.
