摘    要:为探讨鸢尾素对骨骼肌及骨的影响及其相关作用机制,有利于在分子生物学水平上阐明“脾肾相关”理论和补肾健脾法治疗肌少-骨质疏松症的作用机制,在CNKI、维普、万方及PubMed数据库查阅近年来国内外相关文献并进行分析。结果显示,鸢尾素可分别通过直接和间接途径对骨骼肌及骨细胞生长代谢产生正向影响,且作用机制具有重合性。提示鸢尾素是肌骨生长代谢过程中重要的桥梁因子,将二者关系结合的更加紧密。

Abstract:The effect of irisin on skeletal muscle and bone and its related mechanism are explored. This is helpful to clarify the spleen-kidney correlation theory at the molecular biological level and the mechanism of invigorating the kidney and strengthening the spleen in the treatment of sarcopenia-osteopenia. The relevant domestic and foreign literature in recent years is screened and analyzed in the databases of CNKI, Weipu, Wanfang and PubMed. The results show that irisin has positive effect on the growth and metabolism of skeletal muscle and bone cells through direct and indirect pathways, and the mechanism of action has coincidence. It is suggested that irisin is an important bridge factor in the process of musculoskeletal growth and metabolism, and the relationship between the two is more closely combined.
