探讨“治未病”思想在指导防治原发性骨质疏松症中的临床应用。基于“治未病”思想的内涵，遵从国医大师周仲瑛教授对于“治未病”思想的解读，依据原发性骨质疏松症的中医辨证机制，从“未病先防”、“已病防变”、“既病防渐”三个方面，浅析“治未病”思想在指导原发性骨质疏松症临床防治中的具体应用。 “治未病”思想指导原发性骨质疏松症的防治方法简、便、验、廉，具有广阔的应用前景。

Application of pre-disease treatment concept in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application of pre-disease treatment concept in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Based on the definition of pre-disease treatment concept, following Professor Zhou Zhongying''s interpretation of pre-disease treatment, and according to the TCM syndrome differentiation mechanism of osteoporosis, the application of pre-disease treatment in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis is discussed from three aspects, prevention of the disease occurrence, prevention of the disease progression, and prevention of the disease from getting worse. Due to its simple, easy, practical, and inexpensive properties, the concept of pre-disease treatment may have broad prospects in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
