经尿道等离子电切术联合沙培林膀胱灌注治疗高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的疗效观察

目的探讨经尿道等离子电切术联合沙培林膀胱灌注治疗高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的疗效。方法选取本院2010年6月至2013年1月收治的50例高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者,均采用经尿道等离子电切术,术后1周开始定期行沙培林（5KE）膀胱灌注,观察疗效。结果平均手术时间（30.38±3.2）min,术中出血量较少,无膀胱穿孔。所有患者随访6-24个月,中位时间14.8个月,肿瘤复发率为8%,并发症发生率为20%。结论经尿道等离子电切术与沙培林膀胱灌注联合治疗高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的疗效确切,安全性高,值得推广。

The therapeutic effect of picibanil by bladder instillation after transuethal plasmakinetic resection of high risk nonmuscle invasive bladder cancer

Objective To investigate the effect of intravesival instillation of picibanil in the prophylaxis of local recurrence after transurethral plasmakinetic resection of high risk nonmuscle invasive bladder cancer（NMIBC）. Methods 50 patients of high risk NMIBC in our hospital during June 2010 to January 2013 were choosed randomly to be treated with transurethral plasmakinetic resection.One week after the operation,bladder instillation of picibanil was performed on all patients regularly.Then the tumor recurrence rate and complications were observed. Results All operations had succeeded with short average time（30.38±3.2）min,low hemorrhage and no vesical perforation.After followed up for 6to 24 months for all patients,the recurence rates was 8%,complication rates was 20%. Conclusions Picibanil is effective and well-tolerated to prevent cancer recurrence after transurethral plasmakinetic resection of high risk NMIBC.
