| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年人急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscop ic cholecystectomy,LC)的时机及方法。方法:回顾分析2003年5月~2005年5月23例急性胆囊炎老年患者的临床资料。结果:LC均获成功,患者全部治愈,未发生严重并发症。结论:老年人急性胆囊炎的病情进展快,手术难度大,风险高;要高度重视围手术期的处理,把握手术时机及技巧。早期LC是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the opportunity and technique of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)in aged patients with acute cholecystitis.Methods:Clinical data of 23 aged cases with acute cholecystitis undergone LC from May 2003 to May 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All patients were performed early LC within 48h of the acute attack successfully and recovered with no serious operative complications.Conclusions:Aged acute cholecystitis progresses rapidly and its operative difficulty and risk is higher;only if more attention be paid to perioperative managements and command operative time and technical skill,early LC for the patient is safe and feasible. |
