| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)术后黄疸的原因。方法 :回顾分析 1819例LC的临床资料。结果 :1819例LC 2 9例术后出现黄疸。结论 :LC术后黄疸的原因复杂 ,应分析病情 ,做出正确的判断 ,做好术前准备 ,提高手术质量 ,减少术后黄疸的发生

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the cause of jaundice after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:The clinical data of 1 819 cases with LC was retrospectively analysed. Results: Among the 1 819 cases, 29 cases had jaundice after LC.Conclusions:The causes are complicated. In order to improve the quality of operation and reduce the possibilty of the occurrence of jaundice after LC, operators should analyse the different cases, make correct judgement and well prepare for the operation. |
