腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗老年急性胆囊炎的临床分析

目的:探讨为老年急性胆囊炎患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)的可行性及临床效果。方法:回顾分析为40例老年急性胆囊炎患者行LC的临床资料,总结手术成功率。结果:36例(90%)成功施行LC,4例(10%)中转开腹;手术时间平均(75±10.56)min,平均住院(5.7±1.81)d,患者均痊愈出院。结论:LC是治疗老年急性胆囊炎患者较成熟的术式之一,手术治疗应遵循个体化原则,视患者具体情况决定。

Clinical analysis on laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis in the elderly

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) for acute cholecystitis in the elderly.Methods:The clinical data of 40 elderly patients who suffered from acute cholecystitis and were performed LC in the department of surgery of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,and the curative rate of LC was summarized.Results:Thirty-six patients 36(90%) were performed LC successfully,4 cases were converted to open cholecystectomy(10%).The average operating time was(75±10.56) min,and the mean length of hospital stay was(5.7±1.81) d.Conclusions:LC is one of mature operation methods for acute cholecystitis in the elderly.
