腹腔镜手术与剖腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的对照研究

目的 :比较腹腔镜手术与剖腹手术保守治疗输卵管妊娠的效果与安全性。方法 :以腹腔镜下输卵管壶腹部妊娠开窗取胚 +介入治疗 35例为腹腔镜组 ,以同期行剖腹手术于输卵管壶腹部妊娠开窗取胚 +介入治疗 2 9例为剖腹手术组。结果 :腹腔镜组的手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间及住院时间明显短于剖腹手术组 ,住院费用腹腔镜组多于剖腹手术组。术后 1月腹腔镜组输卵管复通及半年、1年妊娠率均高于剖腹手术组。结论 :用腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠安全有效 ,对有生育要求的妇女更具优势

A contrast research of tubal pregnancy by laparoscopy and open operation

Objective:To compare the effect and safety of laparoscopy and open operation in treating tubal pregnancy.Methods:35 cases were taken out embryo from the ampulla portion of the tube and performed intervention under laparoscopy, 29 cases were done under open operation.Results:The operation time, bleeding capacity and anus exhaust time were significantly shorter in the laparoscopic group than in open group, while the cost is higher in laparoscopic group than in open group. The successful rate of salpingostomy one month after operation and pregnancy half a year and one year was significant higher in laparoscopic group than in open group.Conclusions:Laparoscopy is safe and effect in treating heterotopic pregnancy, especially for those are willing to have a baby.
