| 摘 要： | 目的:总结胆囊疾患合并肝硬变行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的经验。方法:切胆囊疾患合并肝硬变ll例行LC,观察肝硬变对手术的影响和术后恢复过程。结果:11例术后均恢复顺利,随访至2000年12月无并发症发生。结论:无症状的轻度肝硬变患者行LC治疗安全可靠;伴有门静脉高压症的患者,是LC的相对适应证。行LC治疗应慎重,并须认真做好围手术期处理。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the results of patients with gallbladder disease and liver cirrhosis performed laproscopic cholecystectomy(LC) .Methods: 11 cases with gallbladder disease and liver cirrhosis were performed LC and observed the influence of liver cirrhosis on operation. Results: The 11 cases recovered smoothly without complication.Conclusion:LC is safe for patients with minor liver cirrhosis,but should be carefully done for the patients with portal hypertension. The perioperative management is important. |
