超声微泡造影剂在肿瘤基因治疗中的进展

摘    要:基因治疗是近年来肿瘤治疗的热点,高效且具有良好靶向性的基因运载系统则是肿瘤基因治疗的关键。作为一种新型基因运载工具,超声微泡造影剂在基因治疗中具有广阔的发展前景。本文对超声微泡造影剂在肿瘤基因治疗中的应用及进展进行综述。

Abstract:In recent years, gene therapy has become a hot spot in the treatment of tumors. The development of effective and targeted gene delivery system is the key to gene therapy of tumors. As a new type of gene carrier, ultrasound microbubbles have broad prospects in this field. The application and process of ultrasound microbubbles in gene therapy of tumor were reviewed in this article.
