摘    要:低强度超声联合微泡触发的声空化效应作用于组织器官后,会产生一系列生物学改变,为治疗疾病提供了新型、无创、高效的方案,具有广阔应用前景。本文对低强度超声联合微泡在肿瘤化疗及动脉溶栓方面的进展进行综述。

Abstract:Acoustic cavitation triggered by low intensity ultrasound combined with microbubbles can lead to a series of biological effect on the organism. It provides a new, noninvasive, efficient method for the treatment of diseases, therefore having wide application prospect. The research progresses of ultrasound-stimulated microbubbles applied to tumor chemotherapy and arterial thrombolysis were reviewed in this article.
