耳穴贴压法对围术期患者焦虑及心率、血压的影响

目的寻找减轻或改善围术期患者焦虑、保证患者生命体征稳定的方法。方法将200例住院择期手术患者随机分为常规护理组（A组）和耳穴贴压护理组（B组）。两组均予常规围术期护理；B组在此基础上加用耳穴贴压法，即在耳穴板上将带有王不留行籽的小方块胶布贴于耳穴位，使用时间为术前3d至术后3d；采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和心电监护仪对患者焦虑程度和心率、血压进行评定与监测。结果两组术前1d、术后3d焦虑程度变化比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）；入手术室后20rainA组心率、收缩压较术前1d显著增加（均P〈0．01），B组差异无显著性意义（均P〉0．05）；两组入手术室后20min心率、收缩压比较，差异有显著性意义（均P〈0．01）。结论围术期行耳穴贴压法配合常规护理可缓解患者焦虑情绪，稳定心率和血压，利于手术的顺利进行。

Effect of the Auricular Acupoint Plaster Therapy on the Anxiety and Heart Rate and Blood Pressure of Perioprative Patients

Objective To explore the ways of relieving anxiety and stabilizing heart rate and blood pressure of perioprative patients. Methods Two hundred perioprative patients were divided at random into routine nursing group (group A) and auricular acupoint plaster therapy group (group B). Each group was given routine perioprative nursing, but patients in the group B were additionally given auricular acupoint plaster therapy, in which cowherb seeds were placed against auricular acupoint with adhesive plaster three days before operation till the third day after the operation. The anxiety, heart rate and blood pressure were evaluated by using Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and ECG. Results There was significant difference in anxiety between the two groups on 1 day before the operation and the third day after the operation (P<0.01). In group A, the heart rate and systolic pressure 20 min after entry into operating room were significantly higher than those 1 day before the operation (P<0.01 for all), while the group B has no significant difference (P>0.05 for all). There were significant differences in heart rate and systolic pressure 20 min after entry into operation room between group A and group B (P<0.01 for all). Conclusion The auricular point plaster therapy in combination with routine nursing can relieve anxiety of perioperative patients and stabilize heart rate and blood pressure.
