六西格玛管理在预防护士针刺伤中的应用

目的探讨利用六西格玛管理减少护士针刺伤的效果。方法应用六西格玛管理的DMAIC流程,即界定阶段(D)、测量阶段(M)、分析阶段(A)、改进阶段(I)和控制阶段(C),找出引起针刺伤的主要原因,针对原因采取控制和改进措施。结果实施管理前后护理人员针刺伤发生率及暴露后乙型病毒性肝炎高效免疫球蛋白注射率比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论利用六西格玛管理能有效降低护士针刺伤发生率,减轻护士职业风险,提高管理效率。

Application of six-Sigma management in prevention of needle stick injuries among nurses

Objective To reduce needle stick injuries by using six-Sigma management.Methods We probed into the causes of needle pricking wounds and took measures according to the workflow of six-Sigma management:defining—measuring—analyzing—im-proving—controlling.Results Total incidences of needle stick injuries,and injection rates of intravenous hepatitis B immunoglobulin after exposure had significant differences before and after the ma-nagement(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Six-Sigma management can effectively reduce needle stick injuries of nurses,minimize nurses′ occupational hazards,and improve management efficiency.
