社区老年高尿酸血症患者的群组管理

目的评价群组管理用于社区老年高尿酸血症患者管理的效果。方法将87例社区老年高尿酸血症患者按所属卫生服务站分为观察组47例和对照组40例。对照组实施社区常规管理;观察组采用群组管理,每2周1次,干预4个月后评价效果。结果干预后,观察组高尿酸血症相关知识、信念、健康相关行为总分和血尿酸达标率显著高于对照组,血尿酸显著低于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论群组管理有助于改善社区老年高尿酸血症患者知识、信念、健康相关行为及血尿酸控制情况。

Group visits in community elderly patients with hyperuricemia

Objective To evaluate the application effect of group visits in the management of community elderly patients with hyperuricemia. Methods Totally 87 community elderly patients with hyperuricemia were divided into an intervention group (n=47) and a control group (n=40) according to healthcare stations. The control group received routine community management, while the intervention group were managed using group visits once every 2 weeks, the effects were evaluated when managed 4 months. Results After the intervention, the total score of hyperuricemia related knowledge, belief, behaviors and the standard reaching rate of serum uric acid in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the level of serum uric acid was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01 for all). Conclusion Group visits is conducive to improving the knowledge, belief, health-related behaviors and serum uric acid control for community elderly patients with hyperuricemia.
