ICU危重患者皮肤管理流程的设计与实践

目的提高ICU患者失禁性皮炎(IAD)及压力性损伤(PI)防治效果,促进患者康复。方法将1 541例ICU患者按时间段分为对照组758例、观察组783例;对照组实施常规护理,观察组制订皮肤管理流程,经对全科医护人员培训后实施。统计两组住院期间IAD及PI发生情况。结果对照组发生IAD 65例(8.58%)、PI 49例(6.46%),观察组发生IAD 39例(4.98%)、PI 34例(4.34%)。两组比较,IAD发生率、IAD及PI严重程度差异有统计学意义(均P0.01)。结论皮肤管理流程的应用可降低IAD发生率、 IAD及PI严重程度,有利于促进患者康复。

Design and practice of skin management process in intensive care patients

Objective To improve the preventive effect of incontinenceassociated dermatitis (IAD) and pressure injury (PI) in intensive care patients, and to promote recovery of patients. Methods A total of 1 541 ICU patients were divided into a control group of 758 and an observation group of 783 chronologically, receiving either routine care or alternative care followed the novel skin management process. Incidence of IAD and PI in the two groups during hospitalization were compared. Results The incidence rates of IAD and PI were 8.58% (65 cases) and 6.46% (49 cases) in the control group, versus 4.98% (39 patients) and 4.34% (34 patients) in the observation group. There were significant differences in IAD incidence as well as in severity of IAD and PI between the two groups (P<0.01 for all). Conclusion Implementation of skin management process can reduce the incidence or severity of IAD and PI, thus to promote recovery of patients.
