非溶血性输血反应的影响因素分析

摘    要:为探讨非溶血性输血反应的影响因素,对510例次输血进行了调查,结果非溶血性输血反应发生为10.20%(52/510),其中发热反应率占84.62%(44/52),过敏反应率占15.38%(8/52);反应发生率与受血者性别、年龄、血型、血液成分无关(均P>0.05),与输血次数,病人体温、基础疾病及妊娠史有关(均P<0.05)。输血前用异丙嗪可减少过敏反应,但对发热无预防作用。

Abstract:In order to study the factors for non hemolytic transfusion reaction, 510 case time transfusion was investigated. It was found that the incidence of non hemolytic transfusion reaction was 10.20 %, fever reaction rate being 84.62 % and anaphylactoid rate 15.38 %, respectively. The occurrence of non hemolytic transfusion reaction was not related with sex, age, blood type and blood components of the recipients (all P >0.05), but with transfusion times, body temperature, basic diseases and pregnant history (all P <0.05). Administration of phenergan before transfusion could alleviate anaphylaxis, but could not prevent the fever.
