综合培训对本科护生实习前焦虑和抑郁的影响

目的 探讨针对性综合培训对本科护生实习前焦虑和抑郁的影响,为护理教育提供依据.方法 采用自编的本科护生实习前培训需求调查问卷对120名护生进行调查,了解需要培训的内容和喜欢的培训方法后,对护生进行针对性的综合培训,包括实习前动员和专业思想教育,实习医院情况介绍.医疗安全教育,职业防护教育,职业礼仪训练,护理技能操作培训,人际沟通技巧及健康教育方法培训,心理压力应对方法.结果 培训前后护生焦虑,抑郁程度及评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01).结论 针对性综合培训可有效缓解护生的心理压力,改善护生实习前的焦虑、抑郁状况.
