音乐治疗缓解病人术前焦虑探讨

目的探讨音乐治疗对缓解病人术前焦虑的作用.方法将120例择期手术病人随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例.术前对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理基础上进行音乐治疗,比较两组术前焦虑情绪缓解情况.结果治疗前后观察组和对照组BPES评分及焦虑状况比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论音乐治疗能缓解病人术前焦虑情绪,为手术创造良好的条件.

Music Therapy for Relieving Preoperative Anxiety

Objective To investigate the music therapy for relieving preoperative anxiety. Methods One hundred and twenty patients undergoing selective operations were divided into control group and observation group (n=60 in each group). The patients in the control group were subjected to the preoperative routine nursing care, while those in the observation group received music therapy in addition to the routine nursing care. The relief of preoperative anxiety was compared between two groups. Results Before and after treatment and between the two groups, there was significant difference in the anxious emotion (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). The anxious emotion in the observation group was obviously decreased. Conclusion Music therapy can relieve the preoperative anxious emotion of the patients, and create good conditions for operation.
