老年高血压病患者尿转铁蛋白/肌酐的相关因素研究

目的：通过筛选老年高血压病（EH）患者尿转铁蛋白/肌酐（TRF/Cr）的相关因素,来寻找减少老年EH患者尿转铁蛋白（TRF）排出的方法。方法：对1058例老年EH患者进行24h动态血压检测、实验室检查、尿TRF和肌酐（Cr）检测,运用Logistic回归分析方法筛选老年EH患者尿TRF/Cr的独立相关因素。结果：老年EH患者尿TRF/Cr的独立相关因素有24hSBP（β=0.029,P=0.007）、高血压病程（β=0.017,P=0.012）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（β=0.347,P=0.047）。结论：积极防治高血压病,并降低老年EH患者的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,可能是减少老年EH患者TRF排出的重要方法。

Associated Factors of Urine Transferrin-to-Creatinine Ratio in Elderly Hypertensive Patients

Objective：To probe into the ways to reduce transferrin（TRF） by means of analysing associated factors of urine transferrin-to-creatinine ratio（TRF/Cr） in elderly patients with essential hypertension（EH）.Methods：A Cross-sectional survey was conducted comprising a sample of 1058 elderly hypertensive patients（men：women,844：214;mean age,79±4 years old）.All patients underwent 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,laboratory measurement,urine TRF and Cr measurement.Univariate analyses and Logistic analyses were applied to discover independent associated factors of TRF/Cr.Results：The finding of the study showed that independent associated factors of TRF/Cr included 24 h SBP（β=0.029,P=0.007）,the course of EH（β=0.017,P=0.012）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C,β=0.347,P =0.047）.Conclusion：The probable ways to reduce TRF in elderly hypertensive patients are both to take effective measures to prevention and cure of EH,and to decrease the concentration of blood LDL-C.
