| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨慢性肾孟肾炎的免疫病理学机制，以及中药益肾康冲剂的疗效和可能的作用机理。方法：在已建立的小鼠实验性单侧逆行性大肠杆菌性慢性肾孟肾炎动物模型基础上，对其进行了脏器指数、肾组织形态学、T细胞亚群、巨噬细胞数量及功能、血、尿、肾组织细菌学、免疫球蛋白、菌体抗原、精氨酸酶、NO、TNF、IL－1、IL－2、IL－6等不同层次的免疫学检测。结果：病变肾组织内已无活菌存在，但菌体抗原持续存在，造成全身免疫紊乱，肾组织局部免疫病理损伤，是本病慢性进展的主要原因，且中药复方益肾康能有效地调节免疫紊乱，减轻局部免疫损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the immunopathologic mechanism of chronic pyelonephritis and the effect and mechanism of YSKCJ Methods:Index of organs,morphology of kidney,Tlymphocyte subsets,quantity and function of macrophage,bacteriology (in blood,urine and kidney),immunoglobulin,antigen of bacteria,arginase,NO,TNF,IL-1,IL-2,IL-6 were measured in chronic pyelonephritis mice during treatment.Results:Antigen of bacteria remained in kidney after alive bacteria disappeared.causing immune disorder and local immune damage.YSKCJ alleviated local immounological lesion and had immunoregulatory effects.Conclusion:YSKCJ has better immuneregulatory function in treating chronic pyelonephritis. |
